Hey, hi, what’s up! My name is Keisha and welcome to Floured Frame! I am a self-taught baker and food photographer.
First of all, I started this website to share my experiences with plant-based baking and to share the recipes I’ve developed along the way. It’s not hard to bake without the use of dairy and eggs. You can create all the baked goods that you used to love!
As self-taught baker, I’ve done my own research and have tested various recipes. Baking is a science, you mix ingredients together, and you see how those ingredients react with each other. Sometimes you’ll get it and sometimes you don’t, and that’s what brings me joy. As cliche as this sounds, being in the kitchen is where I love to be and it is my creative outlet. To sum it up, I am constantly coming up with new ideas, and I hope you stick around as I go along on this food journey!
