Everyone’s favorite basic fall drink is a vegan pumpkin spice latte! This cup is delicious, perfectly spiced, and will warm you as the temperature drops. So why not bring the coffee shop experience into your own home?

Did you know that most store-bought pumpkin spice syrups and sauces are not vegan-friendly? It’s why most coffee shops can never fully make them dairy-free, even if the milk base is. Unfortunately, the syrups and sauces both contain dairy. This is why I made pumpkin spice syrup without any dairy, and it’s so easy to make.
Once you make the syrup, making the latte is extremely easy. You’ll have a delicious cup of pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin cream chai latte, or even pumpkin cream cold brew!
