This festive Vegan Iced Sugar Cookie Latte tastes like a sweet dessert in a glass! Buttery, rich, and sweet; everything you look for in a sugar cookie, but with a caffeine kick. Topped with dairy-free sweet cream to give it that boost of richness, a nod to the frosting on sugar cookies. Trust me, you'll want to make this recipe!

So what makes my version better? Firstly, it uses better ingredients; from syrup to coffee. Second, it's cheaper to make and doesn't require you to go out. Lastly, it tastes like a sugar cookie. If that doesn't convince you, then I don't know what will! So, if you're in the holiday mood and want to make a delicious Vegan Iced Sugar Cookie Latte, then let's get started.

✏️Ingredient Notes
- Imitation Butter Extract - Most butter extracts do contain traces of dairy, which is why I opted for this instead. It gives this recipe the richness that you look for in a sugar cookie.
- Almond Extract - Almond extract is the star flavor for this recipe, it gives this recipe that fragrance and deliciousness.
- Espresso - I used medium-roast coffee beans from my local coffee shop for this recipe, and brewed it in my espresso machine. If you don’t have a machine you can use instant espresso, my favorite is from Blue Bottle.
- Dairy-free heavy whipping cream – Originally, the iced sugar cookie latte doesn’t come with sweet cream, however, I thought it would be a nice touch to add to this recipe. Plus it makes it extra creamy! My favorite brand to use is Silk, which can be found in almost all grocery stores!
- Oatmilk – The milk-based that I use is oatmilk, in general, it’s my favorite milk to use in my coffee drinks. You can use whatever milk you prefer, but I like oat milk as it has a neutral taste that won’t alter the flavor of this drink.
- Vegan sprinkles - Not all sprinkles are made vegan, so if you'd like to add them to your drink, be sure to check the label! My favorite brand is Sweetapolita.
🍴How to Make Vegan Iced Sugar Cookie Latte

Step 1: To make the syrup, add the water, both sugars, and the extracts to a medium-sized saucepan, and place over medium heat. Continuously stir with a whisk, until it comes up to a boil.

Step 2: Remove from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container.

Step 3: Make the sweet cream. Add the dairy-free heavy whipping cream, oat milk, and powdered sugar to a pitcher or narrow jar. Use a frother to froth the milk until it starts to thicken and stabilize.

Step 4: Pour 1 - 2 tablespoons of sugar cookie syrup into your desired glass.

Step 5: Then add in your double espresso shot. Stir to incorporate the syrup.

Step 6: Add some ice and oat milk (or your preferred non-dairy milk).

Step 7: Pour the sweet cream over top.

Step 8: Top it off with sprinkles!
